Hats are non returnable, but please contact me if you are not happy, and we will find a solution.


If you cancel your booking, you will not get a refund, but I will try to reschedule.

If our booking can not go ahead because of adverse weather conditions, I will offer alternative dates. 

If I have to cancel for any reason other than adverse weather conditions I will issue a refund.
